We have more experience than anyone else in this business, you could say we are as old as the rocks. We have built and run outdoor test sites in Florida, Arizona, and Ohio. We have designed and operated accelerated weathering and corrosion test labs in the USA, Germany, and China. We have installed ISO 17025 accreditation at all locations. We have been deeply involved in writing standards in many organizations such as ASTM, AATCC, ISO, SAE, VSI, CRRC, NCCA and others.
Our Services
Quality Audits
Small labs may not have enough resources to conduct their own internal audits. In order to satisfy the requirements of ISO17025, the lab should be audited by someone who is not directly involved in the lab management team. When you need help to determine if your lab is operating according to the correct requirements, sometimes it is best to call in an outside agency to review your system. We can help you breeze through the actual audit by preparing you and your lab to pass the official assessment. Sometimes the best advice is to not do something, don't overthink the problem and over-complicate the solution.
Standards Compliance
If you have to follow published ASTM or ISO test methods, we can help you understand how those standards are interpreted and exactly how to follow them. Many standards are complex with sections that are either mandatory or recommended. We can help you work through those issues.

Benchmark is not affiliated with any of the equipment manufacturers, test service providers, standards organizations, or other consultants. We do not charge for advice, we are not beholding to any benefactor, so what you get is the honest answer you need.
